Full payment is required using the checkout facility on our website upon selection of your item(s). Our preferred method of payment is via PayPal using the link applied. No goods will be sent until full cleared payment is received. We can also accept, by arrangement, payment via Bank Transfer. Credit card payments can be accepted, along with cash, at our external events. If you intend to visit us at one of the shows, we are quite happy to bring your order along to that event, if you notify us in advance. All special-order items or requests, will require full payment in advance of ordering for you. Any pre-orders on new issue standard stocked ranges will be accepted ahead of any releases, however no advance payment is required.
Should any item ordered fail to arrive due to circumstances beyond our control, such as supplier deleting the item from their catalogue, failing to meet demand etc. then we will issue a full refund.
This is our preferred method of shipping your orders, as it is deemed the safest and most secure of all the providers. We would always pack items sensibly, and offer the most competitive price we can. Whether it is a single item, or multiple items, a small package up to 2kg, will incur a postal charge of £4.00. Medium parcels up to 5kg, will be £5.50. Any larger items, postage will be advised separately.
All items in stock will be sent as soon as possible. This will normally take 2-4 working days. Should an item that has been ordered be out of stock, we can either hold onto all the ordered items until the item comes into stock and send as one parcel, or send the items we have in stock immediately and then send the remaining item(s) when they come into stock. This will however incur a second £4 Postage charge.
Should you require any item urgently, we can if advised, use this service however, an additional charge (at cost) would be applied.
NB All postage deliveries are insured, and delivery times are estimated, and once posted, it is the responsibility of Royal Mail.
We are happy to consider International Postage, however you will need to contact us in the first instance, to ensure that there are no restrictions in place. Currently orders placed for despatch overseas are not charged at the time of ordering. Once we receive your order, we will contact you with a price for the postage and, should this be accepted, we’ll contact you for payment of the whole order.
